First class Sem4

Today the first class of sem 4 :)
Not good, need to wake up early again.
Haiz.
Jam again.

Enter class, same people again.
Kinda bored-.-
Need to face them for 3 whole years.
OMG!!

KC and Kim drop Managerial Economics, and left me alone.
Luckily there's Ivy accompany me :)

Econs lectures seriously sucks.
Bored like hell.
Gosh.

Can't wait for class dismiss :)
Hubby boy today come and fetch me :)
While on the way back, the traffic is seriously damn heavy at Kesas.
First time there's jam on the highway.
Ambulans were behind us.

What causes the jam is as usual ACCIDENT-.-
Malaysian people are so nosy.
Including me of course :)
I even took some pictures of it.
Kinda scary though.

The car actually from the opposite road, he crash onto the dividers, and spin itself towards
our ways, and causes all the jams.

And the car, petrol were everywhere, kinda afraid that it will explode cause the
weather is damn freaking hot-.-

After the accident part, the road were once again smooth :)
Reach home enjoy my snowflake.
Baby even order for extra taro balls.
Aww, so sweet :) *so fattening* -.-


At night whole family went for early dinner celebration for mummy cause daddy will be travelling tonight.
Awww, miss him :)

Cousie Birthday :) ~SUNDAY~

Today is SUNDAY :)
Means the last day of our holiday.
Tomorrow once again we need to wake up early need to stuck at the LDP highway-.-
Gosh.

Have a trip to the cemetery today.
This year daddy force the whole family to go-.-
So lame.
And so early-.-
Everyone are suppose to wake up at 6.30am, get ready and leave the house by 7am-.-
Crazy, so damn early for a trip to cemetery-.-

When reach there, quite many people were at there praying already.
Wow, not bad.
So love the dead ones.

I don't like to come to this cemetery.
Cause is kinda old.
There's nobody to take care of all the rocky roads all.
Its difficult to walk.
Gosh.

Aunty and uncles and few cousie were at there already when we arrived.
Start lighting the joysticks.
After pray on great grandfather, then all of us were supposed to pray on and put some joysticks
for our great grandfather "neighbour".
While i'm on my way down, i step on those slippery rocks and make me fell down-.-
Seriously WTF-.-
Fell down at the cemetery.
And i'm injured.
FML!!

Anyway after praying, went for breakfast.
It's been so long since the whole family having breakfast together on Sunday.
Kinda fun :)
While we were leaving, mom saw hello kitty balloon.
And tonight was cousin sis big day.


Therefore, we bought 1 for her.
This damn thingy cost us RM7-.-
Child things is quite expensive nowadays.

Reach home, rest awhile, hubby boy arrived.
Me drove to grandma house :)

WTF!!

Reach there too early.
Other cousin sis were not there yet.
Only have all my little baby cousin sis friends.
All the kids running around playing with the water balloon.
So cute xD

At night, we had our great western dinner.
Uncle prepared lamb, beef, pork and even salad.
Totally delicious :)

Boring weekdays.
Hubby boy don't have class on Monday.
Can meet him.

Thought of playing badminton with hubby boy in the afternoon, but in the end, raining like hell-.-

Went for a movie.
Men Suddenly In Love.

Funny movie.
With alot of 18xx phrases and actions.
Hahaha.
Not bad :)
After movie, went to Wong Kok with hubby boy for lunch.
Sitting next to us were a whole bunch of just-get-results-high school students.
Cause they are all talking about their their SPM results.
And I only realize, gosh, my SPM days were 3 years ago-.-
OMG!!
I'm freaking old.
WTF!!

Gosh, no time to be sad.
Cause Friday our results will be out.
Not nervous at all cause we only have 1 subjects-.-
On the way back home, bought 3 roti boy :)
Smell so nice and delicious.

Boring Sunday.
Early in the morning mom pack McD breakfast using the voucher.
Yum Yum.
But is fattening-.-

Anyway I'm in a chef mood today.
Wanna cook.
Wait for hubby boy to bring over olive oil.
Cause my house don't have olive oil.
When hubby boy arrive, start getting down to business.
I'm going to make Wasabi & Roast Beef Toasts.
Due to I'm a buddhist, we can't eat beef at home.
Therefore I've substitute beef to bacon :)

This is the outcome :)

If you're interested to know how to do it.
It's very simple.
Basically what you need are:

• 1 French loaf, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsps wasabi paste
• 400g thinly sliced roast beef / bacon
  
  *TIPS: You can roast the beef/bacon yourself - allow 15-20 minutes, per 500g, in a 200° C oven. Or you can buy cooked beef/bacon from the supermarket.
  
  *TIPS: To make your beef/bacon to roll nicely, you can use a toothpick to hold it nicely before you put it in the oven to roast it.
  
  
  

When you had prepare all this ingredients, therefore, let's start for our cooking lesson :)

1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
2. Brush bread slices with oil. Then place them in a single layer on an oven tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and wasabi.
4. Just before serving, top each bread slice with a dollop of mayo mix and a piece of beef/bacon.
   

Is so simple right?
Now let's go down to the other cooking lesson.
Baby Potatoes with Bacon Bits.

I know it looks abit messy, but hey, I'm not a professional chef ok-.-

So the ingredients we need are:

• 12 small potatoes (or you can base on how many people you are preparing for)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Sprinkle of salt
• 1 cup of creme fraiche (available at Cold Storage)
  
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 50g bacon bits (available in Jusco)

Step by step now we go :

1. Preheat oven at 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2. Cut a slice from the base of each potato half so it sits flat. Place on a tray, brush with oil and season with salt.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender and lightly golden. Then gently scoop out 1 teaspoon of flesh from each potato half and set aside for other use.
4. In a jug, whisk creme fraiche and lemon juice together.
5. Spoon 1 heaped teaspoon of creme fraiche mix into each potato half. Top with bacon bits.
   

*TIPS:

• Due to I don't have time to shop for the creme fraiche(substitute the sauce with wasabi and mayonnaise) , baking paper and lemon, in the end, i throw all the potatoes in a big pot and just boil it.
  
  
• When its flesh starting to become soft and tender, I cut each of the potatoes into half and mix it with the mayonnaise and wasabi (extra from the wasabi and roast beef rolls). Finally top it with the bacon bits.
  
  
• It tasted just wonderful :)
  
  
  
  *By the way, my family loves to eat wasabi, therefore, they can accept the tastes, if your family don't really like the wasabi taste, you can either follow back using all the original ingredients, or if you simply do not have time, just use mayonnaise as the sauce :)

Training day

Training for U Mobile New Products again.
Need to wake up early in the morning get ready.
Did not make up just draw eyebrows and off we go.

Reach U Mobile Office at 9.57am.
Thinking that I'm late, but in the end I'm the second early person who reach there-.-
Wth-.-
Training starts at 10am, and now it's already 9.57am.
Malaysian timing really fantastic xD

Training suppose to be end at 12pm.
But our training has end early, in the end 3 of us left the room.
Others still need to stay back for device training.
Aww.
Poor baby.

After training, me and Pui Leng went to look for Karmun.
End up starbuck-ing :)

Amelia a.k.a Seal Seal Sweet 20th Birthday is TODAY!!!
Finally another member turn 20's.
Woots!!
I'm not alone in the gang xD

Early in the morning, while preparing for my casting day, texted seal seal to wish her.
In the end, that busy body meow replied me and say ass me cause my birthday message is longer than meow.
Aww.
Don't jealous meow meow :)

Anyway, it's raining early in the morning which give me a bad sign-.-
Hubby boy say the cool weather only can make me calm down.
Hmmm, is it??? -.-

Anyway while on the way to casting, the rain has gone.
And it's damn hot+sunny.
OMG!
I'm nervous!!

Reach there, fill in form.
Wait for few minutes.
The photographer say my make up is not enough.
In the end he call a girl to help me make up.
Gosh, my make up is so heavy.
I even have don't know what kind of colour lips, is not red but is not pink.
Is red+pale brown-.-

Anyway, I know I did badly-.-
Cause I'm shy when I'm facing with 2 cameras and 2 photographers-.-
OMG!!
I'm doomed!!!

Anyway after casting, when to Pavillion with hubby boy.
Thought of rushing for the movies at 12.30pm.
Due to hubby boy misunderstanding, he does not use the Smart Tunnel.
Therefore, we were stucked in jam.
Hubby boy say we are going to park in Pavillion therefore, this road is the correct way.
No mood of listening to hubby boy.
Cause at that moment he irritates me-.-

Reach Pavillion, is already 12.35pm.
There's alot of people queuing up at the cinemas.
Shit-.-
No movies to watch.
Mad at hubby boy cause he nevery listen.
In the end, we made a scene in Pavillion.
So embarrassing.

After few dramas, both of us ALRIGHT already.
Discussing where to go.
In the end, went to Pepper Lunch for our lunch time :)
Only order a set, because later we want to eat other snacks too :)
Cam-whore while waiting for the food :)


After Pepper Lunch went to CK Jeans.
Hubby boy wanted to shop for a pair of white skinny jeans.
While waiting, Cam-whore xD

Nothing to do.
No place to go.
Walk around.
Cam-whore AGAIN xD







After done with cam-whore, went over to Wong Kok for our tea time xD

I did not eat all those stuffs-.-

After eating, walk around again.
Shop for daddy birthday pressie :)
Off we go.
Outside is so damn sunny and jam.
While waiting for the front car to move, cam-whore again :)

Look at hubby boy, is he driving or sleeping?? -.-
